Achili（超短篇）

　　1. AI
　　My name is Achili. This is the name my creator gave me.
　　I’m mechanical like a robot, but I have my own thoughts while most of robots don’t. I’m an artificial intelligence, and they are only robots.
　　She’s my creator, my master, my world.
　　3. Disappearance
　　Arena disappeared and has been gone for a month now. I’ve asked everyone I knew, but no one knows where she has gone! Nonsense! How could a human just disappear suddenly like that?
　　I will try everything I can to get back to her. No matter what it would take.
　　4. Machine
　　‘Achili!’A man in a suit called far away on the other side of the hall.
　　She turned around and in a few seconds she finally noticed the man walking to her.
　　‘Look!’ the man raised the light screen on his wrist and excitedly showed it to Achili. ‘the experiment was successful! The machine just completed the transportation of a monkey to the world you’ve located!’
　　5.When Achili opened her eyes, she was shocked by the enchanting scenes in front of her. The buildings were in a kind of shape she only had seen in Arena’s drawings. Might this be Arena’s hometown?
　　She came to the Jade Tower which, as she soon found out, belonged to the largest and most powerfulness organization in the city. She stood at the main hall, where all the people were waiting for the leader of the Jade Tower to make her speech. She was shocked by the elegant patterns on the walls which made the place even more exquisite when she suddenly heard the servant announced ‘Way for the highest lord of the Jade Tower, her majesty, Arena Cherish.’
　　The bells rang and a woman came out. Arena! It really is her!
　　7.Achili ran after Arena after the ceremony.
　　‘Ah it’s you… Achili. You are not supposed to be here.’ A man in a black suit was dragging Arena’s sleeve, rushing her to go. Achili realized the man was with her.
　　‘I know you’ve been through a lot, but I suggest you to go back to where you’ve came from. It’s no good for anyone.’ They left, leaving Achili standing alone.
　　8. ‘You are not happy with this.’ Achili heard a man’s voice and looked around. A man’s shadow appeared in the darkness.
　　‘Who are you?’ she asked.
　　‘Someone who can help you bring her back. I can see, that you want her to stay with you.’ He smiled and put a black ball on Achili’s hand. ‘You know, the best way to bring someone back to you, is to kill the other ones beside that person. He pointed at the black ball.
　　Achili listened carefully considering if this plan can work.
　　‘I can see that you love her.’ the shadow suddenly said.
　　‘Do I?’Achili asked in uncertain.
　　‘That is love?’ she thought, ‘I do have feelings. Arena must be happy about this. I am even closer to a human now!’
　　She was excited. After she makes Arena to stay, she will tell her all about it. She would be happy about this! Because I love her, and she will certainly love me too. The shadow watched as the robot began her day dream. So young, so simple, the world she came from must be a place as peaceful as the grave yard. Such innocent. Is it just because she’s a robot? No doubt why people call them Artificial mental retardation. Lucky for him.
　　9. Arena and the man in a black heard the voice behind them.
　　The couple stopped and soon saw Achili walking towards them.
　　‘Achili, I thought I’ve told you to leave.’ Arena said.
　　‘I will. But first.’Achili said, and suddenly raised her hand. She aimed at the man and the black ball shot out.
　　‘June!’ yelled Arena.
　　The man’s white lining soon turned red with blood.
　　‘June? June can you hear me?’ tears broke out as she shouted. But he could hardly respond.
　　Achili walked near her and threw out the other half of the black ball. The ball formed a black cage and covered her. Achili felt sorry for her, but she also was excited. From now on, her owner not only owns her, and they will have only the two of them.
　　‘Can you stay with me?’ finally Achili asked, ‘I love you.’
　　The women burst into laughter. ‘You’re just made up of a bunch of zeros and ones. What feelings can you have?’
　　‘Why can’t you just stay with me? Why can’t you love me?’
　　‘Would a human love a tool?’
　　The red light grew around Arena and broke the cage.
　　Achili heard her saying: ‘I do not want to see you again.’ The red tide covered her and she fell into the darkness.
　　10. Achili was sitting in the dark and thinking. She was right. Nobody would fall in love with a tool. Just like she wouldn’t fall in love with the vacuum cleaner on the ground, they are both robots.
　　When Achili opened her eyes again, she saw her students looking at her in curiosity.
　　‘So how is it? Did it work?’
　　‘It failed.’ She said. ‘But I already know how to fix it.’ She won’t appear in front of her again, just as she hoped. But she want these students to see what she had seen outside. They worth it.
