　　This is a diary about Julie and Julia.

　　Julie is a PhD student who wants to graduate by May 2018. She already got a teaching job starting on August 15, 2018. Now all she needs to do is to finish her dissertation and graduate on time. However, her biggest enemy, but at the same time her closest accompany, Julia, is in her way trying so hard to stop her from being successful. Julie and Julia live together and have never been apart. There is no way Julie can get rid of Julia. All she can do is to battle her and minimize the negative influence Julia has.

　　This is a tough war between these two and Julie needs to win. She knows that the cost of losing the war is huge: she will lose her job, her family will be disappointed at her, and the four and half years of challenging PhD life will be in vain.

　　But Julia is such a great persuader that she has won so many similar battles. When Julie wants to start writing, Julia will say:\"Let\'s play! Let\'s rest! Let\'s watch this super funny YouTube video!\" When Julie wants to workout or follow a diet Julia will say:\"Oh that\'s too hard, you will never make it. Well, you will try it once and give up. See, it is painful, right Life is short, enjoy the food, avoid the tiring activities!\" And somehow Julie always caves in to Julia\'s demands.
