意隐故事--三柱香

　　今天吃的是一顿大餐，因为摆在餐桌上的除了三人各自的餐食外还有一头巨大的大象。

　　东方余悠不知道接下来的戏码自己究竟要怎么演或是怎么配合：继续留在这儿当电灯泡来维持谎言的体面还是找个借口离开给他们空间但同时彻底戳穿这场合谋的欺骗。

　　最后，她大脑抽风地选了一个中间点，而这个中间点可以非常完美地规避任何一个二元选择所带来的好处。

　　东方余悠：“Just pretend that I'm not here.（就当我不在这儿）”

　　虽然这句话实在脑残，不过Izzie和Jayden两个人没有一个在想她。

　　Jayden：“I did a lot of reflection these days and I just want to apologize to you. Whatever I did or said was wrong, and I ask you to give me a second chance so I can right all my wrongs.（最近我反省了很多，我只是想和你道歉。我说过的、我做过的都是错误的，我想请求你再给我一次机会让我可以把一切修正过来。）”

　　东方余悠心想，不是只想道歉吗？

　　Izzie：“What's done is done, there's no way we are going back. I know this is cruel and I understand it’s not easy。 It hasn't been easy for me either, but we have to move on. This is the best for both of us. （发生了的就发生了，我们不能回去了。我知道这很残忍，我也理解这并不容易。对我来说也是一样，但是我们需要往前走。这对我们彼此来说都是最好的。 ）”

　　Jayden：“How come it's the best? It sounds more like a hasty decision. We all deserve a second chance. And if we really look back at it, what happened? Nothing really happened right? It was just bickering, couple bickers, but they don't break up.（这怎么就是最好的呢？这听起来就像是一气之下的决定。我们都需要一个新的机会。如果我们真的回头看，又发生了什么呢？没有任何事情发生对吗？我们只是拌了嘴，只要是情侣都会拌嘴，但这并不意味着分手。）”

　　Izzie：“It was NOT just bickering.（那不只是拌嘴。）”

　　Jayden：“ I'm sorry I was being paranoid but that's only because I love you too much and I didn't want to lose you. She can testify to that. I was never like that before, I was never the jealous type, but with you I become one. You are like no one else.（对不起我总是疑神疑鬼的，但那是因为我很爱你，我不想失去你。她可以作证。我从来没有这样过，我从来不是嫉妒的类型，但是和你在一起我就就变成了这样。你和别人不一样。）”

　　东方余悠深呼吸了一口气，抑制住了内心愤怒，为什么要带一嘴她？

　　Izzie：“OK, listen, I have no idea that I held such a place in your heart. I appreciate you saying that, but it takes two people to have a relationship, I'm sorry. （好，听着，我不知道我在你心中竟然占据着这样的地位。我很感激你这样说，但是一段感情需要两个人，对不起。 ）”

　　Jayden：“No, don't be sorry, there's nothing you need to be sorry about. It was all my fault, so all I'm asking right now is another chance, I won't let you down, I'm a different person now, I will love you the way you want to be loved.（不，不要说对不起，你不需要为任何事情道歉。都是我的错，所以我现在只想要一次重新开始的机会。我不会让你失望的，我已经成为了一个完全不同的人，我会以你想要的方式去爱你的。）”

　　Izzie：“No, Jayden, sorry to be blunt about it, there is no second chance. I have moved on and you need to, too, and you will. I truly truly wish you the best.（不，Jayden, 很抱歉我得直白说，但是我们没有第二次机会了。我已经向前走了，你也需要这样，你会的。我真心真心希望你一切都好。）”说完，Izzie起身要走，但是没有忘记给东方余悠一个下马威，她看着东方余悠，微笑着说“Is that all?（你还有事情吗？）”

　　果然，东方余悠被算做了同谋，虽说事实也确实如此。

　　她的脸一下子变得火辣发烫，慌忙摇头：“No, I'm good, thank you.（没有了，谢谢你。）”

　　Izzie：“OK, let me know how much I owe you.（好，回头告诉我这顿饭我该付多少钱。）”虽然她没吃什么。

　　这是Izzie的方式说再也不见。

　　请客是对有来有往的许可，如果两不相欠就意味着永远不会再见面。

　　可谁知，下一秒，Jayden却拦住了Izzie的去路。
